2.4 Lakh Students Participate in National Championships 2025 by LEAD GroupGrand Finale Held in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, January 30: LEAD Group, India’s leading School Learning Systems company, today concluded the Grand Finale of the National Championships 2025, a platform that helps students from India’s small towns and emerging cities step onto a big stage with big confidence.
Now in its seventh year, the Championships culminated in a grand finale in Bengaluru featuring the top 155 student finalists from across 10+ states. The event brought together over 400 students, teachers, parents and school leaders, offering students the opportunity to demonstrate their learning before national juries and live audiences.
The National Championships address one of the most critical gaps in Indian school education today – not the lack of ability, but a lack of opportunity. While many students from India’s small towns and emerging cities understand concepts, they rarely get the opportunity to articulate their thinking, speak up, or perform on a larger stage. The National Championships bridges this gap by giving students a platform to apply their learning, gain real-world exposure, and build lasting confidence for 21st century careers. Students compete across categories including early learning, Mathematics, Science, English and Coding, advancing through school-level and regional rounds over several months before reaching the national stage.
Commenting on the National Championships 2025, Sumeet Mehta, CEO & Co-Founder, LEAD Group, said, “My heartiest congratulations to all the 2.4 lakh students who participated this year. Watching the grand finale today, it was amazing to see students from small towns and cities share their ideas with such clarity and confidence. These students weren’t just ‘performing tasks’ – they were thinking on their feet, explaining, and applying their learning, all in real time! They are the future of our nation, and they will make India very, very proud.”
